Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and manage the Company’s recruitment segment.
- Develop annual staffing plans to maintain and develop human resources in accordance with the Company’s business goals and strategies.
- Manage and develop recruitment activities, ensure recruitment of people for the right jobs, and effective use of human resources costs.
- Research and propose programs, solutions, recruitment channels, etc. to promote and improve the Company’s recruitment efficiency.
- Build and manage recruitment databases to ensure the recruitment process is carried out quickly and promptly.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
- Participate in developing policies and procedures related to recruitment.
- Build and manage the annual recruitment budget.
Requirement:
- University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management or related fields
- At least 03 years of working experience in a similar position
- Preferably working in the Hotel industry
- Grasp the labour needs and labour market
- Grasp the Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law
- Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to build working relationships
- Fluent English speaking and writing English skills
- Analytical and information processing skills
- Time management, planning and organizing, and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded, flexible, enthusiastic for work
