Job Description:

• Provide periodic reports, statistical analyses, and all requested accounting data.
• Review, assess, and adjust specialized reports.
• Recommend software systems or changes to regulations and internal processes to enhance accounting workflows.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records for the Corporation and its affiliated properties.
• Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and Financial Accounting SOPs across the entire system.
• Detect and promptly address legal violations, operational inefficiencies, and waste. Identify risks and losses, and propose short-term and long-term control objectives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve profitability.
• Review, assess, and provide training on professional and soft skills for subordinates and the accounting teams at affiliated properties.
• Regularly update changes in policies and industry trends.
• Participate in the development and consultation of system-wide budgeting and implementation.
• Advise and execute other directives from the Finance Director or the Board of Directors as required.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the Hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in professional English and accounting software.
• Experience working in chain hotel management corporations is an advantage.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
