Job Description:

Communication Planning and Customer Care:

  • Collaborate on developing short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with business strategy (promotions, giveaways, PR campaigns, etc.).
  • Design marketing tools in accordance with brand identity; create and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collect information on domestic and international events/trade fairs; plan and propose participation quarterly/annually.
  • Manage the customer database system; develop email marketing campaigns and customer loyalty programs.
  • Assist in planning and managing the marketing budget; write articles and take photos for hotel PR activities.
  • Propose suitable advertising channels; regularly create customer care programs and update hotel website content.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Implement integrated marketing plans via internet and media channels.
  • Work with Digital Executive, Graphic & Web Designer to create visuals for articles and online/offline advertisements.
  • Launch marketing and promotional campaigns; propose and monitor advertising, media, and outdoor display contracts.
  • Support increasing website traffic and facilitate online booking through hotel websites.
  • Plan and execute Digital Marketing activities: Email, SEO, SMS, and paid ads.
  • Organize printing, photography, and filming based on approved plans and budgets.

Reporting and Other Tasks:

  • Participate in trade fairs and promotional events; liaise with partners, investors, and producers.
  • Propose design improvements for marketing materials and enhance brand image.
  • Maintain media relations; coordinate development and updates of the company’s and hotels’ websites.
  • Advise purchasing staff on suitable products/services; support sponsorship of charitable events if applicable.
  • Manage marketing contracts and documents, track barter deals, and coordinate with accounting and reservation departments.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities; report on the effectiveness of executed campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Sales & Communications.

Corporate Communications:

  • Collaborate with media partners to write and publish regular PR articles.
  • Work with the F&B department to refresh and promote the hotel’s dining areas to customers.

Requirement:

  • Graduated from university with a major in tourism economics, marketing, hospitality management, or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Proficient in creating promotional and marketing materials
  • Experience working with clients, media, press, etc.
  • Knowledgeable in the field of restaurant and hotel management
  • Proficient in using application software such as MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Able to work in an organized and well-planned manner
  • Capable of analyzing and solving problems
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
