Job Description:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Monitor daily calls and emails; coordinate with related departments, Reservations, and Sales offices to provide services and meet customer needs.
  • Based on company market plans, hotel pricing, and actual package usage, proactively develop room packages to update on the website/ads after DOSM approval; create codes in the hotel system.
  • Track traditional and new markets, including Series bookings, to expand Leisure/Corporate/MICE segments; propose ideas to DOSM/GM.
  • Manage online contracts and OTA content; suggest timely promotions to DOSM & GM.
  • Attend meetings at property or head office regarding marketing, sales, promotions, packages, and pricing; support on-site sales promotions.
  • Understand company targets on revenue, cost, pricing, and market direction.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM).

Marketing & Promotion

  • Regularly update customer/partner database in the Smile system and Excel files.
  • Implement end-of-year gifting, sales calls during low season in Central Vietnam, HCMC, and Hanoi; attend annual customer events.
  • Prepare sales kits, meeting rooms, and services for partner visits; greet and support guests/partners during site inspections and VIP visits with the GM.
  • Coordinate with sales offices in marketing and sales activities at the property.
  • Oversee printing of hotel collaterals, banners, in-room materials (e.g. hotel book, fact sheets, signage), and place them at reception as per brand guidelines.
  • Propose ideas on pricing, product, and marketing plans to the hotel and corporate teams.
  • Work with the corporate marketing team on photos/videos and media content for promotions and event announcements.

Reporting & Other Duties

  • Ensure all sales documentation is properly stored and organized.
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports for DOSM; share room status, pricing, and revenue info; analyze data as required by GM and DOSM.
  • Track and file marketing contracts, barter deals, print orders, and coordinate debt clearing with Accounting and Reservations.
  • Update the corporate team on product information and SOPs; manage time and tasks proactively.
  • Submit weekly reports and other reports as required by DOSM & GM.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

  • Graduate in Hospitality, Business Management or relevant major
  • Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience
  • Good computer skills
  • Sense of confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English communication
