Job Description:

• Advise the investor on technical systems for the Group’s investment projects
• Plan and organize periodic inspections of the technical systems and infrastructure of affiliated units to ensure smooth operation and proper maintenance
• Detect technical system and infrastructure faults/issues, work with unit heads to resolve them in order to protect the investor’s assets, reduce operating costs, and meet customer needs
• Support the technical departments of the units with technical solutions for daily operations, as well as solutions for the repair and maintenance of technical systems
• Assist the units in maintaining buildings, facilities, and equipment in optimal operating condition, thereby maximizing the investor’s return on investment
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of General Directors

Requirements:

• University graduate with a major in engineering – MEP systems
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Willingness to travel to other provinces and cities
