Job Description:

• Follow-up and oversee the entire project development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the Company remains innovative and competitive.
• Follow-up and supervise development process; provide guidance and support throughout projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, includes suppliers and research institutions, to leverage expertise and resources.
• Use wisely research and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate the viability of new ideas.
• Coordinate and participate in new ideas testing and validation activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards of new practices.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations on research findings, project progress, and recommendations to superior or Senior management.
• Conduct researches to identify market trends and customer needs.
• Participate in research and analysis to identify new product development opportunities.
• Improve existing products through continuous research and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research and development initiatives meet business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the tourism and hospitality industry
• Understanding of customer segments, partners, and businesses in the industry; awareness of business trends in Vietnam and globally
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage
• Willingness to travel frequently
