Job Description:

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data related to revenue, room occupancy, selling prices, and booking trends.
  • Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports for the Sales Department and the Board of Directors.
  • Monitor, collect, forecast, and evaluate performance on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.
  • Participate in developing and updating pricing structures and seasonal promotional programs.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in data and revenue operations.
  • Other tasks as required by the direct manager.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Hotel Management or relevant major.
  • Proficient in Excel, especially in data processing functions (SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH, PIVOT, etc.)
  • Preference for candidates with experience in using PMS, CMS, CRS systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Fluent English
  • At least 1 year of experience in Revenue Management, Data Analysis, or equivalent positions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Available for business trips
