Job Description:

  • In charge of social media platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube) and develop new channel (Tiktok…).
  • In charge and responsible for all accounts by the Group and managed Properties.
  • Strategize, align, and deploy social media and SEO plans.
  • Coordinating stock of images from the properties.
  • Handle and collaborate with Designs team to ensure digital asset readiness.
  • Cross-collaborate with Branding team to ensure brand look & feel consistency across channels.
  • Strategize, align, and distribute plans and recommendations on digital performances (Paid, SEO, etc…).
  • Support managing agencies and ensuring plans conducted and aligned to Group’s and Properties’ objectives.
  • Ensure strategies adopted for each hotel also works amongst hotels within the region and no business-related conflicts (i.e., bidding on same keywords, etc.).
  • Ensuring insights alignment through research and learning from industry practices.
  • Collaborate with Properties’ MarCom teams to ensure SEO best practices.
  • Conduct combined weekly/monthly reporting – analysis and reporting of campaigns, and overall website performance for each property.
  • Assist with tracking vendor performance and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintain overall properties’ digital budget and related vendor/agency relationships (i.e. Supporting billing and invoicing needs with each individual hotel).
  • Other tasks as required by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • BA or above in Digital Marketing or relevant majors.
  • Proficient in Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Suites); SEO + SEM techniques; Analytic tools (AdSense, Google Analytics).
  • Fluent English.
  • 1-2 years of experience in equivalent position, preferably in agency brands.
  • Highly creative with exceptional analytical abilities; Analysis and catching trends skills.
