Job Description:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning: ensure alignment with the overall objectives and strategies of the Group, including:
    – Implement customer acquisition plans and drive revenue growth.
    – Contribute feedback on adjusting sales strategies based on market fluctuations and customer feedback.
  2. Customer and Partner Development
  3. Distribution Channel Management
    – Identify and optimize distribution and sales channels for hotels/resorts, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct sales channels, and other distribution partners.
    – Ensure effective management of distribution channels to optimize revenue and strengthen the competitiveness of hotels/resorts.
  4. Market and Competitor Analysis
  5. Reporting and Evaluation
    – Prepare regular reports on sales activities, financial results, and progress toward hotel objectives.
    – Present results and recommendations to superiors.
    – Monitor sales performance and evaluate KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field. A higher degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in hotel sales, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a similar position.
  • Experience working in the hospitality industry at the corporate/group level is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead the sales team.
  • Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of the regional market and factors affecting hotel/resort revenue.
  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
