Job Description

• Monitor, evaluate, and update the Group’s asset portfolio; ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records and data.
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure assets are maintained, utilized, and upgraded in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Regularly evaluate asset utilization efficiency, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and propose optimization solutions.
• Prepare asset reports, depreciation values, and maintenance status for the Management Board.
• Propose and plan new investments, upgrades, or asset disposals based on business requirements.
• Participate in negotiations, evaluations of purchase, lease, insurance, or disposal contracts.
• Ensure asset management complies with legal regulations, internal policies, and Group standards.
• Identify and manage risks related to assets, including insurance, safety, and security.
• Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the BODs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Asset Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Office Informatics
• At least 5 years of experience in asset management, preferably in Hospitality or Real Estate sectors.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, maintenance, depreciation, and legal aspects of corporate assets.
• Strong financial analysis, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English
