Job Description:
1. Sales Strategy and Plan: ensure consistency with the Group’s overall goals and strategies, including:
- Identify and analyze new market opportunities for hotels in the region, develop plans to reach and grow revenue.
- Adjust sales strategies based on market fluctuations and customer feedback.

4. Distribution Channel Management
- Identify and optimize distribution and sales channels for hotels/resorts, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct sales channels and other distribution partners.
- Ensure distribution channels are managed effectively to optimize revenue and enhance the competitiveness of hotels / resorts
5. Market and Competitive Analysis
6. Reporting and Evaluation
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, financial results and progress towards achieving hotel objectives.
- Present results and recommendations to the company management.
Monitor sales performance and evaluate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Requirement:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration or related major. Higher degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hotel industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management position.
- Experience working in the hotel industry and managing sales on a regional scale is an advantage.
- Ability to effectively lead and manage a sales team.
- Analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of the regional market and factors affecting hotel/resort revenue
- Fluency in English is a must. Other languages depend on the management area.
