This role is responsible for ensuring that all company fixed assets are accurately recorded, monitored, and managed in compliance with accounting standards and internal policies, while providing reliable data to support financial reporting, investment planning, and audit requirements.

Job Description

• Track, record, and update the fixed asset register.
• Process asset additions, disposals, and transfers following company procedures.
• Review all supporting documents related to fixed assets.
• Calculate depreciation in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of depreciation entries.
• Coordinate periodic asset inventory with relevant departments.
• Reconcile physical inventory results with accounting records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly reports on asset movements and depreciation.
• Provide data and support for internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
• Propose improvements to enhance asset management efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, Auditing or relevant majors.
• Specialized in operating functions in a hotel or in accounting, Auditing, Asset, Tax and Finance.
• Excellent Microsoft Office and technical software
• At least 3 years in the same position in Hospitality.
• Experienced in cluster or group management office.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, and good communication skill.
• English in profession and communication
• Be able to attend business trips upon job demand.
