Job Description:
1. Expertise:
- Analyze and synthesize information related to the industry, market, and competitors.
- Participate in strategic meetings and provide professional recommendations to improve the company’s operational efficiency and business performance.
2. Administrative:
- Schedule, organize, and take minutes of the CEO’s meetings.
- Draft, review, and manage assigned documents, reports, and contracts.
- Coordinate with the Legal Department and General Managers to monitor and update the legal issues of properties.
3. Communication and Public Relations:
- Represent the CEO in meetings and dealings with partners, clients, and media when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain reports, communication materials, and speeches for the CEO.
4. Finance:
- Draft financial plans, manage budgets, and monitor the company’s financial metrics.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct financial analysis, assess investment efficiency, and provide recommendations.
- Work with the Chief Accountant to supervise and report on the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial situation.
5. Project Management & Maintenance:
- Coordinate and track the progress of ongoing projects.
- Assist the Construction team in project planning and risk management.
- Work with the Group Chief Engineer to monitor facility maintenance.
- Support in managing the CEO’s work schedule, travel, and appointments.
6. Operations Management & Service Quality:
- Ensure properties adhere to processes, standards, and plans in business, operations, and customer service. Ensure staff work enthusiastically, comply with regulations, and consistently deliver excellent and high-quality services to customers.
- Service: Ensure that service quality across properties meets standards and remains consistent, tailored to the specific characteristics and types of each property.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in a similar position or in hotel management and operations.
- Proficient in English; skilled in using office software.
- Experience working in a hotel chain management group is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Financial management and strategic planning abilities.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Capable of working independently and under high pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality; detail-oriented, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
