BEACH CLUB MANAGER (BASE DA NANG)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily operations of the Beach Club including F&B, guest services, entertainment, and events.
Develop, implement, and monitor service standards to deliver a premium guest experience.
Manage and train staff including recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and talent development.
Collaborate with Marketing team to develop events, activations, promotions, and branding activities.
Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue and profitability.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, fire prevention, legal regulations, and internal standards.
Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and effective manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, F&B or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of management experience in Beach Club, Nightlife, Resort, or upscale F&B.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with flexible working hours.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
