RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue & Market Development

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies for each outlet and across the F&B portfolio.
  • Identify and penetrate key customer segments: local, tourist, corporate, event, wedding, and community.
  • Develop new revenue channels (partnerships, events, group bookings, brand collaborations).

Partnership & Network (Strategic Partnerships)

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporates, KOLs, event planners, travel agents, and local communities.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership programs to drive traffic and revenue.

Concept & Product Development (Concept & Commercial Product)

  • Propose and develop new F&B concepts tailored to each market (destination, local, lifestyle dining).
  • Work with operations to optimize menu, pricing, and guest experience.

Performance & Analytics

  • Monitor key metrics: revenue, profit, RevPAX, cost, and campaign ROI.
  • Propose performance improvement solutions per outlet.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams.
  • Perform tasks as directed by direct management and the Board of Directors, ensuring the overall objectives of the organization are met in each phase.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Hotel Management or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B, Hospitality, or Lifestyle Business; Experience in revenue growth, market expansion, or restaurant chain management is a strong advantage.

Strong understanding of F&B consumer behavior and market trends.

Ability to build and execute commercial strategies.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
