Job Description:

• Always ensure that all personal service requests for VVIP guests are carried out to the correct standards and on time; by remembering every detail and characteristics, tastes, and habits of the guests.
• Anticipate the needs of VVIP guests to promptly provide or serve by observing, learning information about the guests, discussing with relevant departments or with the guests.
• Prepare everything properly, ready according to the plan and schedule of VVIP guests
• Ensure cleanliness and perform maintenance of equipment and facilities at the guest’s accommodation
• Support monthly inventory work as required by the Manager
• Support and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirement:

• Experienced in F&B Management position at high-end properties
• Good communication; Friendly
• Good English communication
• Good knowledge of Hotel Management
• Honest; Thoughtful, Disciplined
• Careful, Detailed
• Dynamic, Agile, Able to work under high pressure
• Hard-working, Good health; Able to work a flexible schedule
• ABILITY TO TRAVEL VERY FREQUENTLY IN AND OUT OF THE COUNTRY
