Job Description
Responsible for managing and overseeing the hotel’s operations and business activities across all areas, including:
- Finance: Manage revenue and expenses to ensure the GOP meets targets and requirements.
- Sales: Provide strategic direction to the Sales Department, continuously build and expand the customer and partner network, and apply innovative sales solutions to optimize revenue and exceed business goals.
- Marketing: Develop specific marketing strategies for each market segment at different times, along with direct promotional strategies in the hotel’s key markets. Drive marketing campaigns that deliver immediate profit impact.
- Human Resources: Manage and develop the hotel team, ensuring enthusiasm and motivation. Ensure training plans and a minimum of 4 training hours per employee per month are met.
- Operations: Monitor service quality and pricing. Ensure the team understands and complies with all SOPs. Develop and implement maintenance and preventive plans with optimal cost efficiency. Focus equally on maintenance and daily operations.
- Guest Service: Beyond leading the team to deliver services up to brand standards, the General Manager should regularly interact with guests, build relationships, and enhance guest satisfaction. Prioritize improving the hotel’s ranking on review platforms such as TripAdvisor and Agoda.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in international-standard hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments, with at least 5 years in a General Manager position.
- Candidates with a Sales background and experience as a Cluster GM are highly preferred.
- The selected candidate will work in Hoi An, with future opportunities to expand to new properties in Phan Thiet, Da Nang, or Nha Trang.
