REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
At least 15 years of experience in international-standard hotels, resorts, or serviced apartments, including a minimum of 5 years in a General Manager role at five-star properties.
Candidates with a strong Sales background and prior experience as a Cluster General Manager are highly preferred.
The selected candidate will be based in Hoi An, with potential future assignments at other properties within the Group.
Preference will be given to Vietnamese nationals.
