Job Description

Cluster Communication & Design Coordination

• Collaborate with each property’s Marketing team to receive and execute design requests, ensuring timeliness and brand alignment.
• Manage and coordinate the overall design calendar for the Nha Trang cluster, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Support internal and external communication activities for events and brand campaigns within the cluster.
• Propose improvements to design and communication coordination processes among cluster properties to enhance efficiency.

Brand Creative & Adaptation

• Produce & renovate compelling brand ideas (including logos and visual ideas) and develop them into tangible design solutions across digital, experiential, offline media, and beyond.
• Elaborate brand story thru creative brand ideas and systemize visual elements together.
• Presented concepts and creative ideas to internal teams and clients.
• Guarde design standards thru on-site adaptation across all BelGroup’s properties.
• Work collaboratively with a cross-disciplinary team of branding, designs, digital, PR, and more.
• Collaborate closely to agencies on multiple disciplines includes website adaptation and branding.

Brand Social

• Producing social media content for all domains of Bel Group (e.g., FB, IG, YouTube).
• Retouching for all event photos (external/ internal) as well as supports to photograph for the events.

Other duties and responsibilities

• Supporting in presenting visual solutions for all properties and Group’s relevant matters.

Requirements

• BA in Graphic Design or relevant
• Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Suites).
• Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, xD, Premiere Pro) is preferrable.
• Figma is also a plus.
• English speaking and writing
• 2–3 year experience, ideally in Luxury/ Upscale International brands. Experience in an international agency is also a plus.
• A portfolio that demonstrates beautiful and strategic creative solutions
• Mastery of the design fundamentals: typography, composition, color, layout, etc.
• In brand system building and establishing a brand platform
• Time management.
