Receive, process, and manage reservation requests from customers through various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Support the Reservations team in delivering excellent customer service and complying with hotel procedures.

Duties and responsibilities:

A. Reservation Management

  • Receive and process reservation requests via phone, email, website, or other distribution channels.
  • Accurately input and update reservation data in the hotel management system (PMS/CRS).
  • Confirm special requests from guests and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill them promptly.
  • Provide information about rates, reservation policies, cancellations, and related services to guests.
  • Assist in handling reservation-related issues under supervision.
  • Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality of guest information in the system.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

B. Responsibility to comply with regulations

  • Fire prevention, occupational health & safety and company security procedures
  • Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Company brand and service standards
  • Operating systems of the company
  • Company mission, vision and values

Requirements

  • College/ University: Business, Hotel Management, related major
  • Excellent in MOS skills (word, excel, powerpoint…)
  • Fluent in English, a second language will be an advantage
  • Knowledge about the hospitality industry
  • More than 1 year of experience in Reservations or Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication, negotiation skills
  • Local market knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well with a diverse team
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Well-organized and well-planning and detailed
  • Pleasant appearance, professional demeanor
  • Able to work in shifts, including holidays and weekends
