Responsible for leading the revenue management strategy and processes for the assigned hotels/resorts across two regions. This includes developing, mentoring, and coaching property Revenue Managers, ensuring consistent and effective use of tools, systems, and processes to optimize business performance and revenue results.

Collaborate with hotel Reservations Teams to guide and oversee distribution strategy, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization. Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue and drive customer loyalty through enhanced service experiences and value creation.

Job Description

1. Revenue Management

  • Manage the Revenue Department at the Head Office, overseeing the revenue management performance and strategic direction of hotels within assigned region
  • Design and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, Room GOP, and overall performance across the cluster.
  • Develop and manage dynamic pricing strategies by market segment and channel, monitoring performance and adjusting as necessary based on market trends.
  • Ensure effective use of revenue management systems (Duetto, CRS, PMS), maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and pricing rules.
  • Lead and oversee upselling strategies during reservation, pre-arrival, and arrival stages, ensuring implementation feasibility and effectiveness.

2. Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis

  • Supervise and guide the preparation of weekly and monthly revenue forecasts for assigned hotels, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
  • Develop detailed action plans based on forecasts, identifying potential challenges and recommending timely solutions.
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and lead reforecast processes as required by management.
  • Analyze performance during peak and high-demand periods to maximize RGI and strengthen market positioning.

3. Reporting & Business Review

  • Prepare and lead regular Business Review meetings with Management and cluster hotels, delivering performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain regular communication with property teams to stay updated on business conditions, providing insights and timely reports to senior management.
  • Support the Director and management team with special reports and assigned projects.

4. Collaboration & Process Development

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing, distribution, and total revenue strategies.
  • Standardize revenue reporting systems and analytical processes across assigned hotels.
  • Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance analytical capability, management efficiency, and decision-making quality.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business, Hotel Management or relevant major: Hotel Revenue Management, Hotel Management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and professional systems
  • Fluent English
  • Revenue Management in Hospitality
  • Minimum 3-5-year experience in a similar position in international hotels or companies with same category
  • Group experience is an advantage
