CLUSTER REVENUE MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Revenue Management
- Manage the Revenue Department at the Head Office, overseeing revenue management performance and strategic direction for hotels within the assigned regions.
- Design and implement revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, Room GOP, and overall operational performance across the hotel cluster.
- Develop dynamic pricing strategies by market segment and distribution channel; continuously monitor and adjust based on demand fluctuations and market trends.
- Ensure the effective operation of revenue management systems (Duetto, CRS, PMS, etc.), maintaining accurate and up-to-date data and pricing rules.
- Lead and oversee upselling strategies during reservation, pre-arrival, and guest check-in stages, ensuring feasibility and effectiveness in execution.
2. Forecasting, Budgeting & Analysis
- Supervise and guide the preparation of weekly and monthly revenue forecasts for assigned hotels, ensuring accuracy and practicality.
- Develop detailed action plans based on forecast results, proactively identifying challenges and recommending timely solutions.
- Participate in the preparation of annual revenue budgets and conduct periodic reviews or reforecasting processes as required by Management.
- Analyze performance during peak and high-demand periods to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI) and strengthen market competitiveness.
3. Reporting & Business Review
- Prepare and lead regular Business Review meetings with Management and assigned hotels, delivering performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Maintain regular communication with hotel teams within the region to stay updated on business performance, provide guidance, and deliver timely reports to senior management.
- Support the Director and Management Team with special reports and assigned projects.
4. Collaboration & Process Development
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align pricing, distribution, and total revenue optimization strategies.
- Standardize revenue reporting systems and analytical processes across assigned hotels.
- Propose and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities, management efficiency, and decision-making quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
University or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related fields.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and relevant professional systems.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within international hotels or hospitality management companies of equivalent standards.
Experience working within a hotel chain or group is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong management and leadership capabilities.
Willing and available to travel for business purposes.
