Job Description:

Content Creation:

• Write PR articles, blog posts, press releases, website content, landing pages, email marketing, brochures, leaflets, etc.
• Create social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) according to the brand’s communication strategy.
• Write advertising content (Google Ads, Meta Ads, banners, posters, etc.).

Internal Communication:

• Support in writing internal articles, HR newsletters, open letters, and internal event content.
• Contribute to building brand culture through inspirational content and core values.

Coordination & Implementation:

• Collaborate with the design, digital, and event teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements and brand direction.
• Assist in developing scripts for videos, TVCs, interviews, case studies, etc.

Research & Development:

• Explore customer insights, content trends, and analyze competitors.
• Help develop guidelines for tone of voice, storytelling, and brand language system.

Requirements:

• Graduated with a major in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Literature, or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position; candidates with a background in hospitality, travel, or F&B are preferred.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to convey messages creatively, clearly, and emotionally.
• Good understanding of both online and offline communication channels.
• Strong organizational skills, deadline management, and teamwork abilities.
• Visual thinking and basic knowledge of design and storytelling are advantages.
• Ability to write content in English is a plus.
