Responsible for managing and optimizing online room sales through OTA channels and B2B partners. It involves developing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and working with external partners to drive revenue and enhance distribution performance.

Job Description

  • Manage and optimize business performance from OTA (Online Travel Agency) channels and B2B distribution partners to maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement online room sales strategies for the Group’s properties, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
  • Provide professional support to properties in the setup, operation, and enhancement of OTA channels.
  • Work closely with Account Managers from OTAs and B2B partners to leverage marketing tools, participate in promotional campaigns, and explore partnership opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Reservation to align pricing and distribution strategies across all online platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze OTA performance using data and key metrics; identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose actionable recommendations to enhance channel efficiency and competitiveness in the online market.

Requirements

  • BA or above in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Hotel Management or relevant majors
  • Specific knowledge in: Commercial Strategy Planning & Reporting, Online Distribution, Digital Marketing, Channel Manager, OTA Extranet Management.     
  • Knowledge about Hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack and technical system, apps, software
  • Good English communication skills, especially in a working environment with international partners and global OTAs.
  • Experience in e-commerce (preferably in the OTA segment) for hotels, or previous experience as an Account Manager for a reputable OTA
  • Proficient in analyzing and evaluating business performance through OTA reports to develop appropriate strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Speak and write clearly and convincingly
  • Proactive and multi-tasks handle ability
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
