Job Description:
- Manage and optimize business performance from OTA channels and B2B distribution partners.
- Provide online room sales strategies and professional support for the Group’s properties in operating and developing OTA channels.
- Work directly with Account Managers from OTAs/B2B partners to leverage marketing tools, priority campaigns, and partnership opportunities to drive revenue.
- Coordinate with relevant departments such as Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to implement effective pricing and distribution strategies on OTA channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and propose improvements to OTA performance based on data and market trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce (preferably in the OTA segment) for hotels, or previous experience as an Account Manager for a reputable OTA.
- Proficient in analyzing and evaluating business performance through OTA reports to develop appropriate strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Good English communication skills, especially in a working environment with international partners and global OTAs.
