Job Description:
- Manage and arrange the CEO’s work schedule, business trips, meetings, private events, etc.
- Prepare and compile documents, reports, and information necessary for meetings. Participate in taking minutes and supporting the progress of tasks in requested meetings.
- Prepare and arrange for the CEO’s business trips (including booking tickets, hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
Requirement:
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally very frequently
- Fluent in English
- At least 03 years of experience in Secretary/Assistant for senior leaders of the enterprise
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in office software, especially work and schedule management software
- Ability to work independently and withstand high pressure
- Sense of responsibility, initiative and reliability
- High confidentiality and ability to handle information carefully
- Teamwork skills and ability to integrate well with departments in the company.
