Job Description:

• Ensure accuracy, honesty, and reasonableness in the financial and accounting activities of the Group and its affiliated properties.
• Ensure that the entire system operates and complies with legal regulations, management procedures, and the SOP system.
• Identify and promptly rectify any legal violations or operational inefficiencies. Provide risk and loss assessments, propose short-term and long-term control objectives to reduce costs, minimize waste, and improve profitability.
• Review – assess – develop – train soft skills and professional expertise while updating changes in policies and industry trends.
• Prepare – review – evaluate – adjust reports: management reports, tax reports, and business performance reports for the entire system.
• Participate in developing – consulting – controlling – evaluating the preparation and implementation of the system-wide budget.
• Provide consultation and execute other directives from the Board of Directors as requested.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Hospitality or Resort industry.
• Proficient in English and skilled in using specialized software.
• Experience working in a hotel management group with a chain system is an advantage.
• Strong financial management and strategic planning skills.
• Honest, responsible, and capable of maintaining confidentiality. Detail-oriented, dynamic, and enthusiastic.
