Job Description:

• Review and assess processes/regulations/procedures; systems/software currently applied by the Company.
• Evaluate financial reports before publication.
• Conduct internal audit tasks according to the approved plan.
• Participate in handling unexpected incidents, data/budget errors, revenue/expenses, and costs related to business operations.
• Engage in compliance assessment activities regarding regulations, policies, procedures, and financial-related processes of the Company; provide recommendations for improvements or risk mitigation.
• Monitor and report on the progress and status of corrective actions addressing issues identified in audit reports.
• Provide consultancy on accounting, auditing, taxation, etc.
• Perform other detailed tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Banking, or other related fields.
• Professional certifications in auditing and finance (CPA, ACCA, etc.) are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in independent auditing or internal auditing, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of Internal Control Systems, Enterprise Risk Management; ability to read and analyze Financial Statements; in-depth knowledge of current accounting and auditing regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, Integrity, Confidence.
• Willing to travel for work.
