Job Description:

• Responsible for incoming and outgoing invoices by issuing, controlling and collecting invoices in accordance with established procedures and policies.
• Responsible for banking transactions.
• Follow up AR and AP.
• Record accounting transactions into accounting software (revenue, expenses, capitalized expenses, depreciation of fixed assets, depreciation of intangible assets, liabilities and other activities).
• Perform accounting tasks as well as periodically check the physical inventory of fixed assets, tools, equipment and consumables.
• Provide periodic reports, statistical analysis and any accounting data as required.
• Provide weekly management data and reports to the Chief Accountant and Board of Directors.
• Control documents in hard copy and online data storage.
• Participate in preparing reports and explanations for periodic audits of company activities.
• Identify ways to save costs or improve the efficiency of the organization.
• Propose new software systems or processes to improve accounting processes.
• Propose changes to internal regulations and procedures…
• Other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.

Requirement:

• College/University Degree in Accounting or Accounting Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the Restaurant-Hotel industry
• Proficient in accounting software and office computer skills
• Good English (4 skills)
• Analytical, evaluative, logical thinking, organizational skills
• Sensitive to numbers
• Honest, able to focus on details, meticulous, quick to adapt, highly accurate
• Professional demeanor
