Job Description:
Responsible for managing and operating the Hotel’s business and all related areas, including:
- Finance: Managing revenue and expenses to ensure GOP meets targets/requirements.
- Business: Orienting the Sales department, continuously building and expanding the network of partner customers; applying new sales solutions to optimize revenue to achieve and exceed targets.
- Marketing: having specific strategies for each market at each time; as well as having direct promotion strategies in key markets of the hotel; promoting marketing campaigns that bring immediate profits.
- Human resources: Managing human resources and developing the team, ensuring the team is always enthusiastic and passionate. Ensuring the plan and training hours for employees must be at least 4 hours/month.
- Operation: Controlling service quality and selling prices. Ensuring the team understands and complies with SOPs. Planning and implementing maintenance at optimal costs. Maintenance work must be focused on in parallel with operations.
- Service: In addition to leading the team to provide standard services, the GM needs to regularly greet, connect directly and build relationships with guests. Focus on promoting the hotel’s ranking index on review sites (TripAdvisor, Agoda, etc.).
Requirement:
- University degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of experience in the hotel/resort industry, serviced apartments according to international standards and at least 5 years in the position of General Manager.
- Priority is given to candidates with Sales or F&B background.
- Effective management and operation skills
- Successful candidates will work in Hoi An. And the opportunity to expand with new properties in Phan Thiet, Da Nang or Nha Trang.
