Job Description
- Managing, filing and updating employee profiles/ database;
- Prepare for new joins on board;
- Provide a full range of administrative activities to ensure smooth operation of HR department;
- Assist in developing policies and procedures in people management and staff compliance;
- Support in organizing employee activities;
- Support in recruitment/ training function;
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Direct Manager/ Department Head or BOD.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, hospitality or related field;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or equivalent;
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- English in profession and communication;
- Good internet user and social media player;
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
