RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess the effectiveness, fairness, transparency, and compliance of facilities and departments at the Head Office with internal regulations, legal requirements, and policies/practices established or issued by the Head Office.
- Review the accuracy, validity, reasonableness, and completeness of figures, pricing, accounting records, payment documents, and expenses incurred by facilities and departments at the Head Office.
- Prepare and present reports reflecting audit findings and implementation processes.
- Act as an independent and objective advisor to ensure the validity, legality, and achievement of assigned work objectives.
- Identify operational gaps within facilities/departments and propose risk mitigation as well as cost-saving measures.
- Maintain open communication and supportive relationships with facility management.
- Monitor audit implementation and follow up on corrective actions.
- Continuously update knowledge of regulations, rules, best practices, tools, techniques, and industry operating standards.
- Maintain positive interactions with colleagues, customers, and partners.
- Communicate with company colleagues and facility personnel in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned by the Board of Management.

BENEFITS:

- 4–6 years of experience in a similar function within the hospitality industry, including 2–4 years in a managerial position
