Execute the day-to-day activities required to implement marketing and communications strategy and programs, including advertising, branding, product promotion, and regulatory matters.
Support communications campaigns. Follow-up using budgets, timelines, and vendor deliverables. Participate to trade show and conference planning and execution to showcase products and amplify messaging.

Job Description

1. Administration

    • Follow-up Department practices and activities.
    • Organize & ensure deployment of work management solutions.
    • Support in following up and handling process of the department includes costs and expense declaration, cost matrix proposal and relevant vendor’s quotation organizing.
    • Progress tracking on allocated task on department functions and ensure timely and qualified deliveries by relevant parties.
    • Collaborating closely to other functions for project tracking and relevant supports.

    2. MarCom

    • Supporting operational activities in department including desk researching, maintaining marketing databases, and guarding of the Branding assets including images, platform access credentials, and communicating portals to Properties.
    • Support Head of Department to plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, mobile marketing, social, events
    • Supervise & drive adoption & readiness strategies, campaigns, & plans
    • Acts as a trusted resource and advisor to superior and stakeholders
    • Manage vendor spend and check monthly, quarterly, and annual billing and forecast accuracy
    • Support in MarCom Planning, Strategy and Execution
    • Support achieving business goals to amplify/extend Corporate campaigns

    3. Other duties and responsibilities

    • Work collaboratively with other departments, Properties and Head Office.
    • Support other team-members in other relevant assignments.

    • Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual property and data bases, both hard copy and electronic.

    Requirements

    • BA in Marketing, PR, Business or relevant majors: Marketing, Communications
    • Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Suites).
    • Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) is largely appreciated.
    • Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
    • 0–2-year experience, ideally in International brands. Experience in international agency is a plus.
    • A good understanding of Marketing concepts and its relevant fundamentals.
    • At supervisory level
    • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage time and prioritize workload.
    • Team player and flexible working style.
