Job Description:
- Perform the Head Office’s Purchasing tasks as required by the Manager, ensuring the best purchasing criteria in terms of price, quality, time, and after-sales service
- Support the Manager in screening information, deciding on the selection of suitable suppliers
- Research and evaluate potential suppliers
- Collect and compile data as assigned by the Manager
- Control data, prices, norms, payment documents, and expenses incurred by properties and departments at the Head Office
- Perform other assigned tasks
Requirement:
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Hospitality Management
- Proficient MOS skills (Excel, Word…)
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Be transparent, honest, detailed, and careful.
- Can travel on business trips as required
