Job Description:

  • Update and manage the customer database (CRM, Excel, or internal systems).
  • Assist in compiling sales reports, tracking targets, and business performance data.
  • Send quotations, contracts, and service introduction materials to clients.
  • Connect with potential customers or respond to inquiries via email or phone.
  • Prepare gifts, brochures, vouchers, etc., for sales promotion programs.
  • Record customer feedback and forward it to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Prepare, review, and archive documents such as contracts, quotations, service orders, request forms, etc.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing work calendars, and arranging business trips for department members.
  • Coordinate with related departments to prepare meeting rooms, equipment, and documents for meetings or guest receptions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • College or university degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
  • Preferably with experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Admin position within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
