Responsible for providing general and administrative support to the Sales team.
Ensuring the highest standard of administration, professionalism and confidentiality.
Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders) and assist in uploading production and rates.
Maintains a complete and up-to-date database of partners and focuses on customer’s long-term business potential.

Job Description
- Report to DOS & work closely with the Sales, Revenue and Reservations team.
- Assist Sales team in the preparation of business trips and attends weekly meetings, credit meetings, forecasts meetings as and when requested.
- Handle customer care issues and as necessary, refers them to the appropriate dept.
- Support the hotel’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Monitor system and report for attendance, annual leave, public holidays and sales calls.
- Ensure smooth inter-departmental communication channel to get messages/ information clearly received or disseminated.
- Sets day-to-day priorities to complete assigned responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Head or the Board of Directors to meet business needs.

Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hotel Management, Tourism related education
- Word, Excel
- Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage
- Knowledge about the hospitality industry
- Experience in supervisory or executive role in hotels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative - Proactive; Professional
- Be able to go business trip.
