Job Description:
- Prepare and attend periodically sales meetings arranged by Head Office or any other meetings if required
- Conduct monthly account review & new accounts
- Prepare sales month-end report, monthly production report
- Plan and update weekly sales activities
- Update weekly sales calls reports
- Manage data base with 100% accurate and Assist in keeping the database up-to-date with detailed profiles of our accounts
- Assist with compilation of team business plan and regular action plans
- Complete needed paper work/form/gift… for sales trip (if required)
- Maintain and improve stronger relationship with the existing accounts and converting new accounts to high potential key prospects.
- Proactively conducting physical sales calls
- Proactively coordinate, execute, and follow up domestic and international sales trips and missions and sales blitz as part of the Sales business plan.
- Meet with & entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship.
- Constantly monitor and report on competitor activities including promotions, special rates and events.
- Achieving the targets set and complete assignments on schedule
- Attend planned review sessions with Line Manager to ensure KPI’’s are being achieved
- Handle issues related to his/her own accounts or handle any other matters as directed by immediate superior or Leaders.
- Other tasks assigned by The Management to meet business needs
Requirement:
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business Management or relevant major
- Minimum 3 years hotel sales experience
- Good computer skills
- Sense of confidence to achieve results in the negotiation process
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English communication
- Be able to travel for business
