Job Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients in target segments.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site inspections, client meetings, and networking events.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and OTA partners.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-ups with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with related teams to optimize pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Update and manage client databases (CRM), sales reports, and market analysis regularly.
- Participate in trade shows, sales trips, and marketing campaigns when required.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and trends to provide insights for strategy adjustment.
- Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience and client satisfaction.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the hotel or resort industry.
- Solid knowledge and experience in various market segments such as corporate, leisure, OTA, and MICE.
- Strong understanding of the local market and factors that influence hotel/resort revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willing to travel for business.
