Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients in target segments.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, site inspections, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and OTA partners.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and follow-ups with clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with related teams to optimize pricing, availability, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Update and manage client databases (CRM), sales reports, and market analysis regularly.
  • Participate in trade shows, sales trips, and marketing campaigns when required.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and trends to provide insights for strategy adjustment.
  • Work closely with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience and client satisfaction.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the hotel or resort industry.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in various market segments such as corporate, leisure, OTA, and MICE.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and factors that influence hotel/resort revenue.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Willing to travel for business.
