Ensure revenue growth and market development for assigned area hotel chain, coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue targets and expand market.
Ensure Sales Strategy and Plan align with Group’s overall goals and strategies.

Job Description
- To achieve the targets in Business Plan
- Participates and leads the rate and inventory initiatives, including but not limited to participating in revenue management.
- Identify and optimize distribution and sales channels for hotels / resorts, including OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), direct sales channels and other distribution partners.
- Ensure distribution channels are effectively managed to optimize revenue and enhance the competitiveness of hotels/ resorts
- Attends civic meetings ensuring a positive rapport and relationships with area decision and opinion leaders including but not limited to, local chamber, convention and visitors’ bureau, rotary, et al.
- Use wisely departmental budgets.
- Originate and carry out sales campaigns
- Adjust sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
- Track sales performance and evaluate KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Prepares reports as outlined including, but not limited to Productivity Report, Weekly Plan, Sales Call Reports, Market Share Analysis and Forecasts.
- Attend periodical sales meetings.
- Coordinate with Revenue Team to manage Hotel room inventory/ rates to maximize/generate revenue
- Develop regular reports on sales activities, financial results and progress towards achieving hotel goals.
- Perform related duties and special projects assigned by HOD or the BOD.

Requirements
- BA or above in Business, Hotel Management or related major
- Sales; Business Management, Hotel Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluent English, a second language will be an advantage
- 5-8 years experiences in sales and marketing in international hotels or companies with same category
- Strong knowledge of the regional market and factors affecting hotel/resort revenue
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Convinced and attractive presentation skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
- Provides professional and courteous service at all times
- Available for business trips
