Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the Company’s recruitment segment.
  • Develop annual staffing plans to maintain and develop human resources in accordance with the Company’s business goals and strategies.
  • Manage and develop recruitment activities, ensure recruitment of people for the right jobs, and effective use of human resources costs.
  • Research and propose programs, solutions, recruitment channels, etc. to promote and improve the Company’s recruitment efficiency.
  • Build and manage recruitment databases to ensure the recruitment process is carried out quickly and promptly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
  • Participate in developing policies and procedures related to recruitment.
  • Build and manage the annual recruitment budget.

Requirement:

  • University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • At least 03 years of working experience in a similar position
  • Preferably working in the Hotel industry
  • Grasp the labour needs and labour market
  • Grasp the Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social Insurance Law
  • Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; ability to build  working relationships
  • Fluent English speaking and writing English skills
  • Analytical and information processing skills
  • Time management, planning and organizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Open-minded, flexible, enthusiastic for work
